Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability and employers' liability insurance, and can provide certificates on request. All our cleaners are directly employed, carefully vetted and reference-checked.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything is supplied as standard. If you'd prefer we use specific products — for allergies or particular surfaces — just let us know.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. For regular services we assign a consistent cleaner and provide briefed cover when they're on holiday or off sick, so your service is never interrupted.
What's your guarantee if I'm not happy?

I already have a cleaner — is switching a hassle?
It's straightforward and we handle it, including any TUPE staff transfer for commercial contracts. See our switching page, where you can also download a template notice letter.
Do you offer contracts or one-off cleans?
Both. Residential customers can book one-off, weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly. Commercial clients get a tailored contract on a flexible 30-day rolling basis.
