Our most popular home service. You get a vetted, directly-employed cleaner — not a rotating cast of subcontractors — who learns your home and your preferences. Weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly, we cover the whole house: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces, with add-ons whenever you need them. Holiday and sickness cover is guaranteed so your clean never simply doesn't happen.

Frequently asked questions
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes, wherever possible. We assign a regular cleaner to your home so they learn your preferences, and we provide guaranteed cover from someone briefed on your home if they are ever off sick or on holiday.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. We supply all products and equipment as standard. If you would prefer we use specific products you provide — for allergies or particular surfaces — just let us know.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many customers give us keyholding or an alarm code, which we handle under strict security procedures. If you prefer to be home, that's completely fine too.
How much does a regular clean cost?
Every home is different, so we give you a tailored quote rather than a one-size-fits-all figure. Tell us about your property and what you'd like covered and we'll confirm a clear price — with no obligation.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Give us reasonable notice and we'll move your visit. Our cancellation terms are shown clearly on every quote before you accept.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Every cleaner is directly employed, reference-checked and carefully vetted, and we carry public liability and employers' liability insurance. We're happy to share our certificates on request.
